Admax Plus is a leading performance based search & social media marketing firm based in Bangkok & Singapore, and serving the Asia Pacific Region. We specializing in social media & search strategies using different engagement channels to reach target consumers for our Fortune 500 clients.

The Admax Plus team has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to train and mentor the team, they will also project manage the workflow and execute on campaigns using a full array of social media tools & services.

The ideal person must be energetic, creative, an excellent writer and internet-savvy; immersed in what it means to “live life online”. Those with daily use of twitter, blogs, message boards and social networks are preferred. We would also prefer those who are active within SM community, readers of Mashable and ReadWriteWeb, etc.

He or she will also develop business cases, marketing plans and proposals for implementing social media solutions across our client businesses. This person is a strong collaborator and team player that can function in a high pressure environment and is also able to take full managerial responsibility for a group of highly skilled Social media professionals.

Key job components will include:

  • Maintain up to date cutting edge knowledge resources on all new and developing Social media trends
  • Lead the team to spark excitement and conversation with consumers surrounding our client’s objectives
  • Lead the team to pitch bloggers and other key thought-leaders
  • Lead the team to follow all protocol when interacting within these online communities
  • Ensure that all conversations are logged and tracked
  • Build Strategies and proposals for implementing effective Social media campaigns across a wide array of top tier clients
  • Take responsibility for the Social Media team and create an environment of excellence
  • Deliver on time on budget social campaigns which surpass expected performance
  • Be a team player

We are looking for someone who is experienced and confident enough to take risks and deal with uncertainty while exhibiting caution when warranted. This person will use excellent presentation skills to regularly report to the executive team as well as to key clients, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in this digital domain.

Position Requirements:

  • 3-4 years online marketing experience with a strong focus on Web 2.0 technologies
  • Must be an enthusiastic and avid social media junky
  • Ability to generate ideas and work within minimal guidance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid project management skills preferred
  • Effective people management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent Writer
  • Any nationality will be considered
